At XDS Bikes, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your bike or gear in its original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Prepare the Shipment
Carefully repackage the item in its original box, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our distribution center.
Verification and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the bike for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
